The castle
During the time that we were in Kalemegdan park we had a guide who explained each monument in the park to us, and his history.
Scultures
In this square there are two scultures, the smolest is a sculture dedicated to pilgrims, and the biguest is called gratitude from france.
The castle is for military use, it was built in the 18th century but the interior was built in the 19th century.
The name Belgrade is from "wel" white and "grade" city.
Now, weapons from the First and Second World Wars are displayed in the castle moat.

The park
The park was the place where the Hungarians and Germans entered to attack, they entered through the Sava and Danube rivers
